Xerox Mortgage Services’ BlitzDocs® Receives
Synergy Award
Award highlights technology initiative and interoperability
ATLANTA, October 19, 2007 – Xerox
Mortgage Services, formerly Advectis®, Inc.,
provider of one of the most widely-used solutions for electronic
mortgage document collaboration, announced today that it
received the 2007 SourceMedia, publisher of Mortgage
Technology Magazine, Synergy Award for its BlitzDocs
solution.
Announced at the MBA’s 94th Annual Convention & Expo
2007 the Synergy Award recognizes technology initiatives
and alliances that show exemplary interoperability in
a production setting to advance the cause of automation
and e-commerce.

With BlitzDocs, mortgage participants can capture, submit,
organize, underwrite, audit, share and deliver loan documents
electronically. BlitzDocs’ network includes top
lenders, broker shops, mortgage insurance companies,
due diligence providers, quality control companies, correspondent
buyers and investors.
This announcement comes days after news that Xerox acquired
Advectis, renamed it to Xerox Mortgage Services, and
made it part of Xerox Global Services (XGS). XGS focuses
on innovative document management and collaboration services
customized for the mortgage industry.
