Advectis Expands Network with Four New Customers
Electronic collaboration streamlines processes
and supports top-quality service
ATLANTA, May 22, 2007 – Advectis®, Inc., provider
of the most widely-used solution for electronic mortgage
document collaboration, announced that four companies have
selected BlitzDocs® Collaboration Suite for electronic
document submission, image-based underwriting and electronic
loan delivery. The four companies are Capstone Direct,
Inc., Sterling National Mortgage Company, Inc., United
Mortgage Corporation and Washington Financial.

Capstone Direct, a full-service direct mortgage lender
headquartered in California, focuses on providing the best
rates and customer service. Capstone Direct selected BlitzDocs
to support its customer service initiatives and plans to
integrate the solution with its loan origination system.
Sterling National, a New York-based full-service banking
institution, is using BlitzDocs’ investor delivery
capabilities to streamline processes, speed up funding
and reduce funding stipulations. With the post-closing
operation paperless, Sterling will also use the recently
announced Harland integration with BlitzDocs to enable
a seamless connection with its loan origination system.
United Mortgage is a licensed mortgage lender headquartered
in Florida. Wanting to have a paperless process, United
Mortgage chose BlitzDocs to enable centralized paperless
processing and underwriting, as well as provide strong
investor delivery capabilities.
Washington Financial, headquartered in Seattle, is a retail
operation that needed a multi-use solution that provided
anytime, simultaneous access to an electronic loan folder.
Washington Financial chose BlitzDocs to enable paperless
processing and underwriting for its net branch participants.
Washington Financial will also use BlitzDocs for electronic
loan delivery to the secondary market.
